    claustrophobic room
    poor cleanliness

The air conditioning was poorly regulated, blowing directly on the bed. Our room felt claustrophobic, and the security measures were concerning, as the windows were locked with no escape route in case of an emergency. The cleanliness was lacking. I found food stains near the tatami mat area, and the bathroom had a noticeable moldy odor.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Japanese decoration in the rooms, magnificent location.

I really enjoyed well decorated and bright room here.

We had a pleasant time. Check in was easy, hotel was quaint, locations was incredible on a quieter street. Friendly staff who cared about us. Our room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was large, and the bed was comfy.

    disappointment
    bad service

This hotel really missed the mark. Check-in was an absolute hassle, taking forever. To top it off, the air conditioning was blowing directly on the bed, so sleepless nights were guaranteed. I also expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but clearly, that's too much to ask. I was almost going to leave a nice review, but i just couldn't.

    traditional style

I had a fantastic stay! The room was very contemporary yet had a touch of traditional Japanese style.. I loved the in-room water dispenser as a sustainable touch! The only downside was the room size, which could be a bit cramped with lots of luggage. I would love to return soon!
